Barrister Roman Poplawski publishes Guide to the Polish Legal Professions

The Guide, entitled 'The legal professions in Poland – an overview', is published on The British Polish Chambers of Commerce website, and explains the codified nature of the Polish legal system, before discussing the main players in the Polish legal arena, namely, advocates, attorneys-at-law, notaries, prosecutors and judges.

Other professionals such as bailiffs, tax advisors, patent attorneys, court appointed guardians and others, are noted, but the Guide focuses on the main players.

The Guide can be read here.
