Christina Warner Shortlisted for Two Awards at the Modern Law Awards 2026

33 Bedford Row is delighted to announce that Christina Warner has been named a finalist in two premier categories at the upcoming Modern Law Awards 2026.

Christina has been shortlisted for both ‘Lawyer of the Year’ and the ‘Female Trailblazer’ award. This dual recognition is a testament to her formidable legal expertise and her tireless commitment to driving progressive change.

Christina is a highly accomplished practitioner with a specialised focus on Children Act and Family Law Act matters. Her practice is defined by the sophisticated and strategic handling of complex family proceedings, particularly those involving vulnerable individuals and parties with disabilities. She is recognised for her ability to navigate the delicate intersections of mental capacity, safeguarding, and welfare with both sensitivity and rigour.

Beyond traditional family law, Christina has carved out an influential niche in matters concerning the protection of companion animals within the context of family breakdown and domestic abuse. A pioneer in this field, she recognises the profound role animals play in the family unit and the significant evidential weight of harm to animals as a component of coercive and controlling behavior. It is this innovative approach to advocacy that has solidified her reputation as a true trailblazer in the profession.

The winners of the Modern Law Awards will be announced at a black-tie ceremony on Wednesday, 29th April 2026, held at the Belfry Hotel & Resort, Sutton Coldfield.

33 Bedford Row look forward to celebrating this outstanding achievement alongside Christina and our colleagues from across the legal profession.
