Ravinder Saimbhi, led by Edward Lucas successfully prosecuted a couple at Oxford Crown Court in a complex and highly sensitive trial involving allegations of extremely serious historic sex abuse of very young children.
The case required careful planning and presentation given the age and diminishing memories of the complainants over time. Supporting complaint evidence played a significant part in helping to assist the jury in reaching guilty verdicts against the first defendant on all counts against him and two of the most serious counts against the second.
