Jamil Mohammed Welcomes the 2026 United States Temple Bar and Pegasus Scholarship Recipients

Jamil Mohammed, UK Pegasus Scholarship 2021 recipient,  welcomes the 2026 holders of the United States Temple Bar and Pegasus Scholarships. Our purpose is an open dialogue to share the anecdotes and experiences that flow from our shared common law heritage, to examine the ethical standards our professions hold in common, and to discuss our visions for the future of the profession.

The Temple Bar Scholars arrive with notable distinction, having provided clerking duties, legal research, and support to a number of Supreme Court and Appellate Court Judges. The Pegasus Scholars are all gifted advocates of outstanding achievement, selected for this highly prestigious exchange of talent.

Jamil - [when speaking about the event] “I have returned to this theme for the past few years running, the exchange of knowledge with our international partners matters, profoundly. This year, our commitment to it is stronger than ever. We seize these moments to learn from what came before, to collaborate in the here and now, and to propel ourselves forward towards the future.”
