The Course was held on 9 September 2019 between 9:00 am and 11:00 am at the Dubai International Financial Centre, and was run as part of DIFC Academy.
The Course looked at one of the most significant issues in the taking of evidence in investment arbitration proceedings: the role of experts and expert evidence. Leading legal practitioners considered the topic and provided insights from their own experience and shared best practices.
