Introduction

Aysha has two decades of direct legal experience, she began work as a Paralegal in a boutique law firm whilst completing her secondary education. During this time Aysha honed her client care skills and developed an acute understanding of the needs of her professional clients. Aysha primarily dealt with High and Medium net worth cases as a paralegal.

In the reported case L (A Child : Fact Finding) (Rev1) [2022] EWHC B13) – Children Act 1989 – Aysha successfully defended sexual abuse allegations made by child against a parent.

Aysha was employed as an Independent Domestic Violence Adviser [IDVA] by a local authority and based at the Holborn Police Station. Due to Aysha’s unique front-line experience, Aysha is able to identify granular details that are often overlooked to her client’s advantage - police reports and conducts a close forensic analysis of the evidence.

Aysha defends allegations as vigorously as she pursues them. Aysha has successfully defended a Respondent in a ten day fact finding hearing which ultimately led to him being fully exonerated.
