33 Bedford Row offers specialist advice, drafting of employment related documentation and advocacy services to employers, employees and unions in relation to employment and employment related matters.

Our practitioners are experienced court advocates but they also give robust, practical advice in an area that is fast moving and particularly sensitive to commercial context. We offer experience both at first instance and at appeal level.

Chambers' Employment team includes advocates at all levels and our clerks will assist you in finding a Member of Chambers of the right level of experience and call to match your case.

Individual practitioners have extensive experience representing a broad range of industries including financial services, transport, education, unions, retail and technology. We also act for professional bodies involved in regulating professional conduct for example, in teaching, midwifery, nursing, dentistry and the medical profession.

Employment issues involve tight timetables and although it is usually prudent to seek advice at the earliest opportunity we understand that representation is often necessary on a tight timescale and we always seek to meet client need in this regard wherever possible.
