On Thursday 20th July, Olivia Beach and Aqsa Hussain hosted the first in a series of Breakfast Seminar’s addressing topical issues within the public law space for public law solicitors and paralegals. The first session looked at urgent judicial reviews, in particular Out of Hours Applications and Interim Relief, as well as evidential issues that arise when making these applications. Olivia and Aqsa provided practical tips as to how best to prepare these applications and the process for doing so.

The purpose of these seminars is to discuss topical issues and updates across various areas of public law. Olivia and Aqsa specialise in asylum support and migrant rights, modern slavery and trafficking, unlawful detention, homelessness and prison-related public law issues.
