Members of Chambers can provide advice and representation in Health and Safety matters. Members can assist employers with performing their duty to ensure the health and safety of workers in every aspect related to work. Employers are obliged to implement suitable preventative measures, some stringent and some specific, based on avoiding risk, evaluating and minimising those risks which cannot be avoided, for instance. Where claims are brought or threatened, for alleged breaches, members can advise and represent employers with case preparation, prospects of success evaluation and attempts to reach settlement, as well as advocacy in Court.
