Geraldine More O’Ferrall acted for the Guardian in an appeal by a father to set aside an adoption order made in favour of a step-father.  The appeal was dismissed by the Court of Appeal.  The Court of Appeal  providing helpful guidance on the different test when considering interference in Article 8 right to family life in the context of an adoption order when looking at a step parent adoption as opposed to within public law care proceedings.  Read the full case here.
