33 Bedford Row are delighted to announce that Tope Adeyemi has been added to the Court of Arbitration for Art's list of arbitrators.

Tope is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators and has acted as sole arbitrator in 14 arbitrations in the last five years. She acts in a range of international disputes and has gained knowledge of a vartiety of institutional rules. 

Before joining Chambers, Tope was a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service’s panel of ombudsmen in which capacity she drafted hundreds of final awards on disputes between financial businesses and consumers. Her regulatory practice includes financial services and as a former ombudsman, she has extensive experience of retail banking disputes, Consumer Credit Act matters, financial mis-selling claims and insurance matters (including jewellery and art).
