33 Bedford Row is delighted to welcome Victor Leginsky, FCIArb as an independent arbitrator. Mr Leginsky, a Canadian, is based in Dubai and becomes the tenth member of Arbitrators@33BedfordRow.
Members of Arbitrators@33BedfordRow are presently in Dubai for Dubai Arbitration Week and were there in September to speak at the DIFC Academy of Law and meet with many of Dubai’s leading law firms and arbitration practitioners.

Victor is well recognised as a leading arbitrator in the GCC region and beyond. We are privileged to have him join us. Mr Leginsky will be in London next week to speak on a programme being presented by Arbitrators@33BedfordRow and ArbitralWomen on “Expert Evidence in Arbitration” (26 November at 18.00 at Pinsent Masons) and for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ Conference.
