Aysha appeared before Mostyn J for the applicant father in Re N (A Child) [2020] EWFC 35, seeking a inward return order, for the child to be returned from another place to England and Wales.

The High Court acceded to the application to the extent of making a declaration that on 21 March 2020 N was habitually resident in England and Wales and has remained so ever since. 

The hearing took place on 28 April 2020 and was conducted by Zoom. Judgment was handed down on 1 May 2020.
