Nermine Abdel Sayed successful in keeping her 13 year old client out of custody for the repeated serious sexual abuse of his 9 year old sister.

Ravinder Saimbhi secures leave to appeal an extended sentence imposed against a client who received 4 years imprisonment with an extended 5 years on licence for a sexual assault and unconnected counts of possession of bladed articles. Currently awaiting a date from COA.

Gwen Williamson successful application to vary bail address and persuade the court to remove the onerous tagged curfew despite the Crown objections for client still awaiting his trial. 

Daniel Walker, acting for the Prosecution, took part in the first socially distanced trial at Isleworth Crown Court. The trial involved numerous legal arguments. The Defendant was convicted and sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment for Possession of a Bladed Article. 

Dudley Beal secures a 2 year sentence for fraud by abuse of position as a lasting power of attorney following trial for a defendant convicted of taking £90,000 over a 10 year period from her elderly and vulnerable mother. Reported by ITV

Dudley Beal secures a 10 month suspended sentence for defendant seen by police officers installing and being in possession of four ‘Lebanese Loop’ devices used on Bank ATM machines in Southwark.
