Jamil Mohammed and Christina Warner hosted the first seminar in their monthly online Private Law Junior's Breakfast Club series. It was a hugely popular webinar and the feedback has been fantastic!

Taking place on 24 January 2024, the first breakfast club session focused on looking at how to approach Fact-Finding Hearings when allegation of Domestic Abuse are made within Children Act proceedings. As well as considering how to prepare for and respond to a Section 7 report.

The 5 part series devised by Jamil and Christina will run each month between January and May 2024, where Christina and Jamil, two of our experienced yet personable juniors will discuss a different private law topic, in a relaxed remote setting.
