Private Family Law – Children

Sarah is an expert in complex private children family law encompassing domestic abuse, coercion and control, allegations of harm, drug and alcohol misuse, education disputes,  "alienation" allegations, expert evidence issues, national and international relocation.

Public Law - Children

With extensive experience of child protection work, Sarah represents local authorities, parents, other family members, children, and Guardians. She deals with the full range of cases including fabricated or induced illness, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, substance abuse, neglect and non-accidental injury. 

Sarah regularly represents Local Authorities, Guardians and parents in DOLS Deprivation of Liberty and Safeguards applications.

Sarah is experienced in employment law, Claimant and Respondent work in Employment Tribunal and County Court matters across the range of claims and particularly in discrimination and redundancy matters.

Civil

A highly experienced advocate and now a Deputy District Judge, Sarah is developing her practice across the range of civil and commercial matters across the board from contract, consumer, trusts, property and insolvency. With 10 years experience in immigration law and public law, Sarah can also assist with administrative law and judicial review matters.  Pragmatic and approachable, Sarah brings focus to ensure the needs of the client are met whatever the nature of litigation involved.
