Introduction
Tyler is a second six month pupil, having joined 33BR as a specialist crime pupil in October 2024. She brings with her a wealth of legal knowledge and a keen passion for Criminal Law.
Her legal journey has seen her working as part of defence teams, tackling some of the most serious offences, including murder, rape and serious fraud.
Prior to joining 33BR, Tyler worked as a criminal paralegal at a prestigious Legal 500 firm, where she assisted in defending clients against prosecutions brought by authorities such as HMRC, the Serious Fraud Office, and the Crown Prosecution Service. Her experience spans all stages of the litigation process, from pre-charge to appeals.
While attending Bar School, Tyler provided legal guidance to individuals who failed to qualify for legal aid.
Tyler has a particular interest in representing vulnerable clients, with a focus on young offenders and individuals suffering from mental health conditions and intends to advocate fiercely for their rights and best interests. She has recently undertaken training with the YJLC to represent child defendants in the Youth and Crown Court.
As a second six month pupil, Tyler is not a tenant/member of 33 Bedford Row.
