Introduction
Noah started his legal career as a solicitor before transferring to the Bar in 1984. He is a specialist family practitioner undertaking a full range of public and private law cases at all levels including appeal.
Noah is known for his specialist work in family finance (formerly ancillary relief), trusts including Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (sometimes referred to as TOLATA) and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. He also offers advice and advocacy in matters arising from foreign marriage and divorce.
Noah is also a member of the 33 Bedford Row civil practice group dealing with wills, probate and trusts and contentious Chancery matters.
He formerly served as an Employment Tribunal Judge.
