Philip Williams successful in High Court injunction application - lifting suspension on Welsh Assembly Member Nick Ramsay

The High Court orders Welsh Assembly Member's suspension be lifted.

Philip Williams was instructed by Tim Gir @ Sanders Witherspoon and led by David Lock QC appeared today for Welsh Assembly Member, Mr Nick Ramsay, in his challenge to his suspension from the Welsh Group of Conservative Members of the Assembly.  HHJ Russen, sitting as a Judge of the High Court, order Mr Ramsay’s suspension to be lifted so as to enable Mr Ramsay to be able to return to work fully as an Assembly member.

A full trial of the claim is due to take place between 19 and 21 February 2020 in Bristol or Cardiff.
