Introduction
Gabrielle practises in all areas of criminal law with particular focus on financial crime. She has extensive experience having practised as a solicitor and solicitor-advocate for many years.
Gabrielle is an accomplished advocate in the Crown Court, and has been a led junior at the Old Bailey in murder, rape, and complex fraud trials. She has also represented cases involving multi-handed conspiracies involving drugs, financial crime, immigration offences, aggravated burglary, fraud, money laundering, possession of criminal property, GBH with intent, GBH, possession with intent to supply, cultivation, weapons, public order offences, sexual offences, false identification documents, damage to property including arson and various conspiracies.
Given Gabrielle's focus on financial crime she is able to bring much experience to cases at all levels from charge to Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) trials, thereby providing a full service to the client.

R v B (2016 - Canterbury Crown Court)
Fraud, possession of articles for use in fraud and possession of criminal property where in excess of £200,000 passed through various bank accounts, mixed verdicts, client received a suspended sentence.
R v J (2015 - Central Criminal Court)
Large-scale conspiracy, importation and supply of Viagra across the UK and associated fraud in excess of £1 million, confiscation involving hidden assets.
R v B-T: Operation Tabit (2014 - Canterbury Crown Court)
Stemming from the conviction of a corrupt Home Office employee in 2011, this investigation alleged a conspiracy to facilitate the breach of immigration law by providing non-EU citizens with identity papers or by employing non-EU citizens.
R v B (Harrow Crown Court)
Multi-handed complex conspiracy to defraud the UKBA involving money loops that gave applicants under the Tier 1 general migrant scheme the appearance of higher earnings leading to the grant, or extension, of their visa.
R v A (2013 - Central Criminal Court)
Acquittal in a multi-handed conspiracy to defraud involving Gumtree adverts, malware, Trojan viruses and phishing with an estimated loss of £5 million, to individuals and banks.
R v W: Operation Wire (2012 - Chelmsford Crown Court)
Acquittal in a large-scale Class A and B drugs supply, mortgage fraud, money laundering and benefit fraud.
R v B: Operation Cent (2012)
City of London Police and Overseas Anti-Corruption Unit investigation, client-facing bribery and corruption charges in an international investigation into bomb detection devices.
R v M (2012 - Southwark Crown Court)
Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and possession of criminal property, acquitted on all counts.
R v H (2010 - Chelmsford Crown Court)
Multi-handed conspiracy to supply drugs, pervert the course of justice and launder the proceeds of crime, confiscation involving properties and assets in Portugal and in the UK, benefit figure in excess of £5 million.
R v A (2015 - Central Criminal Court)
Acquittal in relation to an allegation of murder involving a shooting in a Shaftesbury Avenue nightclub and use of several firearms, the deceased was shot five times.
